Turn conversations into
completed work.
Teams re-do by hand the work they already decided out loud. Nebula exists to close that gap — and do the work itself.
Nebula started from a small, irritating observation: brilliant decisions get made out loud, and then somebody sits down afterward and types them all in again. The ticket re-filed. The email re-written. The CRM re-updated. The conversation was never the problem. The follow-through was.
Meeting tools got very good at remembering. They record, transcribe, summarize, and hand you a tidy list of things you still have to do yourself. That's a better filing cabinet, not a solution — the work is still waiting for a human at the end of it.
So Nebula is built as an execution agent instead. It captures any conversation, plans the work that conversation implies, and verifies each action is grounded in what was actually said, complete enough to run, and authorized — before anything happens. A neural model proposes; symbolic checks decide what is safe to execute and what a human must approve first. Then it does the work.
That verification layer is the part we care most about, and it's the reason the company exists in this shape. An agent with write access to your CRM and your outbox has to be able to prove why it did what it did. Getting that right is a research problem before it's a product problem.
Today the capture apps ship on the web, on iOS and Android, and on Windows and macOS, and the execution layer is in private beta with a first group of design partners. We're early, and we'd rather say so than pretend otherwise.
Principles we build by.
Privacy is the foundation
Your conversations are sensitive by default. Local-first capture, and an engine that never trains on your data, aren't add-ons — they're where we started.
Verify before acting
An action that can't be traced to what was said shouldn't run. We'd rather ask than send the wrong email to your customer.
Claim only what's true
We're pre-certification and in private beta, and the site says so. Overstating where an early company stands is how you lose the customers who matter.
Small on purpose, for now.
Nebula's symbolic checking layer comes out of doctoral research into verification for AI systems — the discipline of establishing what a system will and will not do. It decides whether a proposed action is grounded, complete and authorized before anything runs, and it is the part of this product we care most about.
The OS-level capture stack for Windows and macOS was built in-house too. Design partners work directly with the team building it — there is no support tier in between.
No open roles today — but say hello.
Nebula is deliberately tiny while the verification layer gets built properly. There are no posted positions right now. If you work on agent safety, symbolic verification, or OS-level audio and you'd want to know when that changes, send a note — those messages get read.
