Yes. The Free tier is the capture apps — live transcription, diarization and local-first storage in the browser, on mobile and on Windows and macOS, at no cost and with no card required. The execution agent starts on Pro.
Paid plans are priced per active seat, and each seat includes a monthly allowance of executed actions. Go over and additional actions are metered — you never pay for minutes transcribed. Billing prorates as you add or remove members.
One completed piece of work in a connected tool: a ticket filed, an email drafted, a CRM field updated, a calendar event created, a message posted. Planning and verification are not metered, and an action that fails verification and never runs is not counted.
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your workspace settings at any time. Annual plans are billed yearly; monthly plans renew each month.
